1Spa Operating Hours
We are open normal business hours Monday through Sunday. Faces is open by appointment only, and we will close after our last appointment of the day. We encourage you to call 402-384-8400 to ensure we are available.
2Spa Facilities
In keeping with the serene atmosphere at Faces, we kindly request that all cell phones are switched to off or silent.
3Punctuality
Guests are asked to arrive fifteen minutes before the scheduled appointment to allow time to complete a consultation form. A late arrival may result in a shortened treatment or forfeiting the appointment.
4Spa Treatments
All treatments are subject to the therapist availability. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5Consultation
Please inform your service provider of any medical conditions, allergies, intolerances, or needs before your treatment. Please note, certain treatments are not permitted during pregnancy or for clients with heart issues.
6Age Restrictions
Guests of age 14 and over are welcome at Faces Spa with the supervision of an adult.
7Payments
All clients are required to pay for the services at the end of their treatment. Faces accepts cash, check, and credit or debit cards as well as Faces gift cards.
8Cancellation Policy
A booking cancellation fee of 100% of the service will be charged on all bookings that are "no showed." Groups of three or more are required to allow Faces at least 72 hours' notice for appointment changes or cancellations.
9Faces Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available at the spa or online and are redeemable at the spa. Gift certificates can be issued for specific treatments, packages or specified dollar amount. Read more here.

Every person entering the spa facility or utilizing the facilities and equipment on these premises does so entirely at their own risk and agrees that Faces Spa and its management and staff shall not be held responsible, whether jointly or severally, for any loss, injury, damages, claim, and/or compensation.
